1. About these terms
These Terms of Service are the contract between you and TEST COMPANY, TEST ADDRESS STR. 1 (“we”, “us”), which runs Grand Salon Club (the “service”). By creating an account you accept these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Coin Purchases & Refunds page.
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory law of the country you live in.
2. What the service is
Grand Salon Club is a social casino: casino-style games played for entertainment only, with virtual Coins.
- You cannot win money or anything of monetary value. Coins cannot be cashed out, withdrawn, transferred to another player, sold, or exchanged for prizes, goods or services.
- The service is not gambling and is not licensed as gambling. Success in our games does not mean you would be successful at real-money gambling.
- You can play for free with the Coins we give you. Buying Coins is optional.
3. Who can play
- You must be at least 18 years old. You confirm this when you sign up. We may ask for proof of age and close accounts of anyone under 18.
- You may hold one account, for your personal, non-commercial use.
- You may not use the service where social casino games are prohibited by local law.
4. Your account
You sign up with a name, an email address and a password. Keep your password secret and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity on your account unless it happened because of our fault.
Keep your email address up to date; it is how we identify you when you contact us.
5. Coins
5.1 What Coins are
Coins are a virtual game currency. They have no monetary value and are not money, e-money or a financial instrument. When you receive Coins — for free or by buying them — we grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them in our games. You do not own them.
5.2 How you get Coins
- Welcome Coins when you create your account.
- A daily bonus of 250 Coins, which you can claim once every 24 hours.
- Packages you buy in the Shop, sometimes with extra bonus Coins included.
- Winnings in our games, paid out in Coins.
Free amounts and package contents may change; what applies is what is shown when you claim or buy. Your balance and every change to it are listed in your Wallet.
5.3 Using Coins
- Coins can only be used to play games on Grand Salon Club.
- Coins do not expire while your account is open. When an account is closed, its Coins lapse without compensation, except as described in section 10.
- If Coins are credited to your account by mistake (for example because of a technical error or a payment that is later reversed), we may correct your balance.
6. Buying Coins
The Shop lists Coins packages with their price in real money, including any applicable VAT. When you choose a package you are sent to the secure payment page of our payment provider; your card details are entered there and never reach our servers. For some payment methods we first ask for your billing address, which the provider requires.
A contract for a package is made when the payment provider confirms your payment to us. The Coins are then credited to your account automatically, usually within seconds. If the payment fails or is cancelled, no contract is made and nothing is charged by us.

7. Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Because Coins are digital content supplied immediately, this right ends once the Coins are credited if, before paying, you expressly agreed that we start supplying them immediately and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
If you did not give that consent and acknowledgement, you keep your right of withdrawal for 14 days from the purchase. How to use it is explained on the Coin Purchases & Refunds page.
8. Games and results
- Every result is decided on our server by a provably fair random number generator before your device shows it. Animations only display a result that has already been decided.
- Each game pays out according to the rules and multipliers shown in the game. Over time, games return about 98% of Coins wagered; individual sessions vary widely.
- Bets are limited to the minimum and maximum shown in each game.
- If a malfunction affects a round, the result recorded on our server applies. If a round cannot be completed or was clearly decided by an error, we may void it and return the stake.
9. Fair play
To keep the service fair and fun, you must not:
- create or use more than one account, or use another person's account;
- sell, buy, trade, or offer to transfer accounts or Coins, on or off the service;
- use bots, scripts or automated tools to play, claim bonuses or otherwise use the service;
- exploit bugs or errors — please report them to us instead;
- interfere with, overload, reverse-engineer or try to gain unauthorised access to the service;
- make payments with a payment method you are not entitled to use, or reverse a valid payment without a good reason;
- let anyone under 18 use your account.
10. Suspension and closing accounts
You can close your account at any time by emailing [email protected] from the address registered on your account.
We may suspend or close your account, or remove Coins obtained improperly, if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect other players or the service. Where reasonable, we will tell you why and give you the chance to respond first. We may also close accounts that have been inactive for a long time, after warning you by email at least 30 days in advance.
If we close your account for a reason other than your breach of these terms, we will refund the price of purchased Coins bought in the 12 months before closure, in proportion to the purchased Coins still unused.
11. Changes to the service and these terms
We may change games, features and Shop offers, for example to fix problems or improve the service. We may change these terms for valid reasons such as changes in law or in how the service works. We will tell you about important changes by email or in the service at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can close your account before then; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new terms.
12. Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free.
We are fully liable for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, and wherever liability cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are only liable for foreseeable damage caused by breaching an essential obligation of this contract, and in total no more than the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event. Because Coins have no monetary value, the loss of Coins won or received for free is not a financial loss.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of [Country]. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country, and you may bring a claim in the courts where you live. Otherwise, the courts of [City, country] have jurisdiction.
