Our approach
Grand Salon Club is a social casino for entertainment. You can't win money here, and Coins have no cash value. But casino-style games can still take up more time — and, if you buy Coins, more money — than you intended. We want playing here to stay a pastime you control.
Please keep in mind that results in our games say nothing about how you would do with real-money gambling. Real-money games have their own odds and real losses.
Keeping it fun
- Decide on a budget for buying Coins — or play only with free Coins — and stick to it.
- Set a time limit before you start and take regular breaks.
- Don't buy Coins to win back Coins you lost. Every round is independent; a losing streak does not make a win more likely.
- Don't play when you are upset, stressed, tired or have been drinking.
- Balance play with other activities, people and interests.
Warning signs
Consider taking a break or talking to someone if you notice that you:
- spend more time or money on the games than you planned, or more than you can afford;
- feel restless or irritable when you try to cut down;
- play to escape problems or difficult feelings;
- hide how much you play or spend from people close to you;
- neglect work, study, sleep or relationships because of playing;
- think about moving on to real-money gambling to “really” win.
What we offer
- You can always play for free. New accounts get welcome Coins, and you can claim 250 free Coins every 24 hours. Buying is never required.
- See what you have spent. Your purchase history is listed in the Shop, and every change to your balance — bets, wins, bonuses and purchases — is listed in your Wallet.
- Take a break or close your account. Email [email protected] from the address registered on your account and tell us for how long you want to stop — at least 6 months, for example 6 months, a year, 5 years or permanently. We will block your account for that period and won't reopen it early; while it is blocked you can't log in, play, buy Coins or claim bonuses. If you ask us to close it permanently, we won't open a new account for you.
We don't yet offer in-app spending or time limits. In the meantime you can use the tools on your device and with your bank: most phones have screen-time limits, and many banks let you set spending limits on your card.
Under 18s
Only adults aged 18 or older may use Grand Salon Club. If you think a child is using an account, tell us and we will close it. Parents can use parental controls on their devices and keep their payment details out of children's reach.
